Msingi Thabiti Learning Centre, although a private institution, admits students from the general public and is run by a School Management Board as per the laws of Kenya.
The members of this management board are drawn from ministry leaders serving with Trinity Fellowship, captains of industry from among the parent body and experienced educators in the management of the school. The Board is committed to delivering on the trust upon it, keeps abreast of corporate governance best practices and as well the legal purview and stratum of the land.

Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E.)
We utilize the A.C.E. system, an internationally recognized program used in over 140 countries. It is designed to allow students to progress at their own speed while building a Biblical worldview.
The PSI system allows a learner to work in an individualised, self-paced manner that embraces discovery learning and mastery. Learners are allowed the time they need to achieve mastery and may not progress until they master the concept they are working on.
The foundational concept of PSI is that learning remains constant whilst time is variable. This contrasts with conventional education systems where time on task is constant and learning is variable.
Each PACE is more than just a workbook. It is a carefully designed tool for building mastery and character:
Unlike traditional grades, A.C.E. uses a numbering system (e.g., Level 1 Math is PACEs 1001–1012).
Students must score at least 80% on the final PACE Test to advance. This "Mastery Learning" approach ensures no student moves on with a "learning gap".
